VRNG is under Court Order to file a status letter by October 2nd. They've NEVER missed a deadline on anything in any case of which I am aware.

Belkin is also under Court Order to file a status letter with the Court by October 2nd. They have yet to make a deadline, and have missed two of them thus far leaving them in Default again currently. I would "guess" they will file a joint update, however VRNG could file a separate update only for themselves. Due to the Default situation presenting itself TWICE, and PRESENTLY, I'm guessing we see a joint status update. VRNG had no duty to file anything subsequent to the last update they provided the Court until the Court's Order of September 29th requiring them to update the status by Thursday, October 2nd. I don't know about Belkin, but I feel confident VRNG will fulfill the Court's request timely.
