Very true, the larger the port (5mm-10mm) the better chance there will be more pain/hernia risk. So indeed if you can eliminate a couple ports and do surgery through one site, it is a bonus. I think this will be big, don't get me wrong, I just don't see it getting as big as Intuitive.
