I think that we all should know by now that Bion has been low on cash. But to me they have done very well with no cash keeping their eye on the end result. Of course I am hopeful, but the EPC, I have been assured is close to being done. What jackjoy said about the meeting being hostile is true. The forensic audit of Bion's books is being done by a firm in Tallahasse and I have no time line on its completion. But where Bion has ordered the audit makes me feel good that a independent company that Taylor County wanted is promising. The land closing is probably going to be set back 2-3 weeks. A special meeting is being held some time this week again for the Taylor County Board. Bion is still moving forward with Taylor. Like I have said before, patience is needed again for this delay. I am staying in it.

That was a bit unfair of an exchange with BION at a severe disadvantage not having the President or CFO available to address those challenges. Anyone can grab minutia out of context and rapid fire a bunch of questions and make someone appear to be an evil empire. Couple of points that actually made me chuckle was quoting segments of the investor risk statement, which is as a matter of fact included in every and all financial report (literally). Then quoting authorized shares of a billion, again every single publically traded company is authorized some ridiculously high number but manages at a much lower outstanding value. These are things that should/could have been instantly refuted by a President or CFO, Carlos’s job as CEO is to solicit banks for funding or bond purchase, state governments for bond issuance, foreign countries to invest, broad big picture stuff, it’s a shame BION doesn’t have enough executive talent to put some quack in his place.

The only thing that makes me nervous is that the council allocated this fruitcake an extra 5 minutes, God help us if they buy into that crap and choose to suspend their support.
