Well since you are not sure yourself let's say you think SK meant calendar year and I think SK meant FY because on such occasions they talk in FY because annual meetings for instance are about a FY (the past FY).

So neither the CALENDAR year is past and certainly not the FY. FY for PPHM toggles around the month of April.

So you see it is equally convenient to shortens Steve King's statement window by turning it in calendar years. Certainly with an upcoming annual meeting that would actually still be in both windows.
