Looks like pure manipulation by MMs using shorted shares, to me. With Sept EOM gone, maybe things can get started back upward, especially with the nice PR. I'm heavily hoping the last 2 PRs plus great fins will catapult this into a major run, but still need a MM in place too, IMO. I got my fingers crossed for October. We shall see! SM
