So this judge is saying if a company is closely regulated we should not expect to make a profit? Very interesting conclusion. So is he saying to go sue Congress....Congress is the government, isn't the Department of Treasury part of the government? Is this judge confused or am I missing something here

Why would anyone invest in any market based on his view. Please buy some shares but you will not profit. Did they put that into the prospectus, or make some official announcement? Or is judge that stupid or arrogant?

The author makes it looks like that whole paragraph were Lamberth's words. THEY WERE NOT. Look at the filing, He only said what was in quotes. Horrible reporting.
