I believe that's the state license. I think we need to take one step at a time although it is encouraging to hear they have plans to improve the building including the parking lot, building, landscaping....etc It can be approved here today but the state still needs to approve. I don't foresee a problem but there's always the possibility. Hope this answers your question. I will say I'm a firm believer in celebrating small victories :) they all count.
