YOLO, I'll go ahead and say it. Ed Starrs never promised Form 10 today. Many liberties have been taken when it comes to interpretation of company correspondence.

I only remember Bill stating they would be ready by sept 30. Ed stated we would not see them until the due date which I believe the k is due in Jan when k are due for myecheck. Right? I could never understand why everyone was set on seeing them now.
