WRONG!! There is many times that corporation needs debt!!! Look at the debt ratio's of Thousands of well run companies... 30% 40% or more.... HEY.... THINK HOW MUCH LESS DILUTION THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN..... if these DEBTS could have been put off... until.... HHSE REACHED... WHAT MANAGMENT THINKS IS FAIR VALUE.... .10 !!!!! WOW... what a difference... No Paying off DEBT... is NOT always a good thing... IT changes your cost of capital... and sometime... Debt is much less than Capital..
THIS IS FACT.... so FOR HHSE.... We don't know if this was good at all... OR even how hard Management tried to replace it with better terms... SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE THIS MUCH DILUTION!! Hey... IF ALL THE SALES THEY TALK ABOUT... ARE HAPPENING>>.. Even Penny stock loaners... would take a Lock box approach on recievables.. if THEY BELIEVED IN THE SALES!!
