Chad in legal trouble??? ROFLMAO,no he's not. Being bad at management does not make for legal trouble,it makes for a stock that tanks because of current management. Him spouting stuff like making "millions this year" is a FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENT.

Laugh all you like, but the bad manager defense does not go far when he was lying all along. From the stuff in the court documents thus far revealed, he was lying and that makes for fraud trouble IMO!
