Oh is that how it works? Silly me so that's why they are licensed and producing. Oh wait. They aren't. What are the "deficiencies?" Zoning approval? yeah....about that.

Have you been living under a rock? Its all over the crappy Canadian online news outlets. The town of Lakeshore Council has banded together with some concerned neighbors and has written a letter to Health Canada requesting that they do not issue a license to CEN Biotech Inc. (FITX)

The town that the facility is in does not want the facility to be there. And they are in charge of zoning and local laws if I'm not mistaken. So if they don't want it, there is a good chance this won't happen. I'm very skeptical at this point of anything significant ever happening with the company.

I feel lied to and betrayed by the company that I have supported and invested in.

We have no idea what Bill Chabaan is doing about this situation either. How are they handling this? What are they gonna do? Is John Germinario and the other BOD's leaving if we do not end up becoming a real marijuana company?

Lots of unanswered questions. As always.
