Does anyone recall the official amount of monies seized from M&M? I recall some considerable time back a figure of around $15M. After creditors and lawyer fees there wont be much if any left to divide amongst potentially thousands of shareholders.
Will the DOJ be able to allocate more money somehow? Someone referred to a Restitution fund or something but where's that money coming from if it's true?
