I don't know what you are agreeing too. Pre-tax income is not revenue. Revenue is irrelevant to original listing requirements, so why do you keep pointing to it?

Unless if you suggest that some year in the future the issuer will become profitable. Right now, it is not. Therefore a listing is moot. Even if it becomes profitable, it has to retain enough to also adjust the shareholder deficit to a shareholder equity that exceeds $4 million.

I don't see a $5 million profit (not revenue)in the next 12 months. Therefore, it may be two years before a listing.
