that is all well and good, however, the question is whether or not there is a better way to get the job done. Is there a way to have the pps at a higher number so dilution is not so destructive to the current SHs. I do not know the answer and I think they do a terrible job of explaining that part of the equation to the SH. Why not explain in one of the CCs or ASm that they have had interest, however, the BPs are not being realistic. Explain to the SHs why they have not partnered to this point. Is it because the BPs want more info, want to pay little, or something else.
IMO the problem has been lack of communication in the past and part of that is they know that Delaware law insulates them from having to be better when dealing with the SHs.
