Well, if by next financials, you mean the 3Q/14 results, those are due in about 45 days, on November 14, 2014.

If, on the other hand, you're referring to the 2Q/14 results, then that was due forty-seven days ago, on August 14, 2014.

FWIW, MJNA filed the 1Q/14 filing on 7/1/2014, 47 days after the due date.

Since today is the 47th day since 8/14 -- the due date for the 2Q/14 report -- if MJNA doesn't file today, then it will have exceeded the delay for the 1Q/14 filing.
