MAAXXY, there has been a significant
change in the Board of Directors of
SGAE which should be very possitive
for the future development of this Company.
Bog Hogarth is no longer a Board Member and he
is difficult to reach now.
The majority of the Shareholders of SGAE
at an Annual Meeting have elected a single
new Director on the Board: Christopher P. Vallos
from Painsville, Ohio. He is an accomplished,
marketing professional with broad marketing and
financial experience, encompassing strategic
planning, qualitative and quantitative research,
interactive marketing, creative development,
media planning & buying, database /direct-marketing,
public relations, sales promotion and visual
merchandising the ability and skill set to provide
creative, innovative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking
leadership in a team environment. He is also focused
on achieving continuous, improved business performance
thru use of his knowledge of Six Sigma.
I am currently in contact with Tyler Powell
in BC who was also on the Board of SGAE but
was not re-Elected at this Shareholder meeting.
He is a very successful and active Business
Operator and knows significant information about
this new Director who the Shareholders have elected
because of his high level business talent and future
potential operation success for SIGA and the Shareholders.
