At 2 minutes and 20 seconds into the new video, after Schmitt describes the timeline for the installation of the equipment in order for the plant to be fully in operation, Perlowin says:

"So, we're talking about sometime in the first quarter of next year."

Which is what I've been saying for weeks, if not months.
