BK: you said: the Qs and Ks have to keep that language from way back 9 months ago until the new facility is up and operational.

But the recent 10K specifically is addressing equipment IN THE OLD FACILITY. 10K says: "While we have made significant progress in this scale up program at our current facility, certain key equipment pieces that we need are still on back order at present with certain vendors. After these equipment pieces arrive, we will need to set them up, validate them and then use them for the operations they are intended for. This continues to be an item causing delays in our goal of making sufficient quantities of FluCide for the tox package study and it is outside of the Company’s control."

You are just plain wrong to claim that a 10Q or 10K has to keep outdated and obsolete information. If they have the equipment in the existing facility already, the 10Q or 10K can not state otherwise. That's called misrepresenting the facts or some would say fraud.

The inclusion of the ebola program proves that this 10K was update at least in Sept.

The company does NOT have the equipment necessary to complete Tox material production at the existing facility.
