That makes more sense than anything posted on this board the past few days in regards to speculation around this company. Vision is in debt to TTSI for over $300,000 and is in default on the majority of it per 10K. This could be a win/win for TTSI. So instead of losing the debt in a bankruptcy they get to retain the trucks already in use as well as the knowledge and technology that has been accumulated by VIIC.

TTSI is a private company so I suppose the shareholders would be bought out of their positions by TTSI?

That is some Rumor....anyone else Hear it??!!

"It is rumored that V. LaRosa met with QIF Malta & Vision Industries CEO, Martin Shuermann on Monday. A source close to V. LaRosa states that Martin Schuermann may have signed a LOI with TTSI to merge Vision Industries with TTSI. Mr. Schuermann is said to be returning to the entertainment industry to produce a new HBO series. As part of the merger, Mr. Schuermann would be agreeing to sell 100% of his interest in Vision Industries (nearly 17 million shares) to QIF Malta, for an un-disclosed price. A merger with TTSI would eliminate any need for the company file for protective status.

Wont say where I found info..But I didn't make it up!
Still trying to verify!~"
