There is no deal to be done. What little oil comes out of Nevada is in Nye, Lincoln, and White Pine Counties, and every last acre is already leased. Plus much of the land in Nevada is federal, so unless Jeff plans on robbing gas stations this is another scam.
Maybe there is oil under the casino that was supposed to open in October 2013!
