I suspect this is what transpired. There are indviduals who bought this past week into the sell rally when the BIG BLACK CANDLE showed up and are now stuck, refusing to cut their losses. I've been there and done that more than once.

Frankly, I do not see first support until .44 I hope I am wrong for their sake.

I'll give you a few points down the line if some major insider sales are logged but you're still Chicken Little at this point as far as share structure goes.
