Just got off the phone with Rich Kaiser. As for the time it would take to be able to sell this proprietary pharmaceutical compound... he said the letter of intent gives GBHD a 30-day window then after that they are "GOOD TO GO". Yes, that's his quote. They will then be able to start selling this product.

So, NOT many years...

Remember, GBHD is NOT a pharma company, I believe you are making an assumption that this is something brand new... based on the statements made in the PR, this is something that has already been in the works for some time.
