Wherever a child goes the parent can track them on their own video phone or the Internet

The new Sprint "Family Locator" service will cost $9.99/month

The parent can receive alerts from the childs phone when they are not at the right location at the right time (WOW!) - the system automatically does safety checks at programable points in time

With this, why does Sprint/Nextel need the CT?

Sounds like Sprint Nextel phone can do all of this ....except Transmits excessive speed
