i am not worried about it. i only bring it up cuz thats what the investors were told. nobody knows what is going on behind the scenes, so when the company says they are going to do something, i have to go with that.

Agree 100 % I was thrilled with last weeks news. With these first law suits now maybe some of the ones that weren't named last week are starting to worry they might be next . Just my Opinion
