Authorized share counts appears in filings and is reported when it is raised.. O/S and Float are the #s we do not know.

OS cannot exceed AS. I sold my flip today. I believe they will dilute this POS to max out the AS and then increase it again and then do an RS to wipe out all the shareholders of any shares that they were able to buy cheap. This is worthless other than a flip.

They have to file for an increase in AS which was done back in June to 1B. Therefore, it stands at 1B not some contrived other number. It is all on the NV SOS website. DD is your friend.
