PROVE IT, WILMA! KEYO came to life on 3/3/14. "Operation Shell-Expel" has been ongoing for 2+ years prior to that and just a month earlier put out their report.

So, what, you're suggesting they just overlooked KEYO? They just "missed it"?

What SPECULATION do you have that KEYO is a P&D? And, who are the P's and who are the D's?

Give us something concrete that you based your SPECULATION on...

LIKE WE HAVE FOR THIS BEING DR.SS's RTM VEHICLE TO TAKE NANTWORKS, LLC PUBLIC.

Can you at least provide a guess for us as to why your buddy, Matt, didn't state anything about how he suspected the PARENT COMPANY, NANTWORKS, LLC was going to go public FIRST, before it would IPO it's first TRACKING STOCK, NantHealth, LLC.?????

Just give it a shot. We're dying to hear your cogent explanation.

Many corporate shells were shut down in February 2014 because they were not legitimate. What that also means is that the ones that were not shut down were viewed by the SEC as legitimate shells. This shell passed review by the SEC. I'll go with the SEC's opinion on that one.

Please provide facts to support the speculation in your post. This board has done extensive DD and there are several of us who overwhelmingly disagree with your previous statement that this is a pump and dump. In addition, in a prior post, you indicated that you do not own shares of KEYO. Why then are you here?

Wilma - in reply to your post, did you ever run to ground with the SEC why KEYO is still allowed to trade? Very curious to know what the SEC may of told you - thanks!

Operation-Shell-Expel, which began in "2012" and "3 years" later KEYO still trading! ;-)

IMO - The SEC did contact KEYO, currently no biz operations or assets, clean shell, and the SEC was advised of the future plans of the KEYO shell, which involves the NANT conglomerate and a reverse merger play! So the SEC did NOT suspend KEYO! ;-)
