I do believe Ackman was ready to short box on court ruling in order to accumulate more...he controls the pps like a puppet...I saw this similar pps movement when ggwpq# was coming out of bk...yet during time when it was uncertain commons would survive.
If pps is where I think it will be in five years, Ackman will be richest man in world...imo.
