Looks to me like they knew what to expect. There has been no ambiguity in communications with the town of Lakeshore.

Lakeshore was a day late and a dollar short on their request to HC, meaning they had their chance (a given time frame) to object to the MMJ facility, and didn't.

Just because there are a few ignorant people in town who can't even understand the difference between residential and agricultural zoning, doesn't mean they have any impact. This whole letter to HC thing is a spectacle for attention.

As for zoning, please (Finston, I'm asking you now, since you mentioned it so specifically in your article) show me how CEN isn't cooperating with zoning bylaws. Especially since there AREN'T ZONING BYLAWS in the town concerning MMJ. As far as Canada is concerned, MMJ is an agricultural crop, and CEN has been operating on agricultural land.

But please show me what bylaws they are not complying with. This was a direct accusation made against the company, and should be able to be proven.
