It was pointed out to me that the 10Q covers events up to June 30, 2014.

This changed my perspective.

You guys are taking safe harbor statements out of context. Rules and guidance for a 10K demands that every possibility be mentioned. One possibility is a delay of FluCide. But, that only happens if EbolaCide 2 works phenomenally and the company is suddenly showered with money from government sources. Otherwise, the BASi tox studies move forward without hindrance from ebola testing and progress.

Moreover, all the pointing to statements about the reasons for slow progress in scaling up, that has to remain in the 10K until scale up is complete AND the GMP facility is fully functional and producing cGMP material at scale. Seymour has repeatedly said that they already have the equipment.

Dr. Seymour, does NNVC know what it is doing or are you just lying to us?

Both are true. Sometimes Seymour does not know what he is doing and sometimes he does not tell us the truth. I have been saying for a long time that they do not know how to manufacture the Cides on a large scale. Without this know how they are doomed.

But do not worry, tox... is just around the corner ;-)

It looks to me like there was so much information in the 10k that is spans the whole life of NNVC.

So the 6 to 9 month delay could have been a past occurrence leaving the FLUCIDE still about to be sent to BASI as true.

In the past few years Dr. Seymour does get excited about big Pharmas and huge needs of medicine like ebola.

The need of and focus to sending FLUCIDE TO BASI is formost in importances and more so than EBOLACIDE 2 at this point in time.

Get FLUCIDE TO MARKET.

FLUCIDE TO BASI. The HURDLE in front of the company at this time.

Once TOX starts the PPS could go up as it has taken so long to get there.
