yes, time is the concern and it is what shorts and short term traders have been able to exploit to their financial advantage for a long time on IMSC. I don't think people don't 'understand' that basic reality. 'Believers' can always point to the fact that DMRJ continues to allow time to pass and be pushed further into the future and that the 'time' for big contracts to come through is getting closer every day. The stock-breakers here would be if DMRJ changes policy or if TSA decides they dont want to buy IMSC products in large bulk. Until then its going to be business as usual for the game players.
