The product is shipped from Armenia you either have to 1. Contact Armenia port authority. or 2. Contact the port authority of the receiving location.
Since Armenia is landlocked, which port authority did you contact?
India has 109 ports so that is a lot of calls and on top of that they could have drove it instead, which that on its own is not well documented. So, where is the proof of the results if you checked in India?
