David, remember that the more integrity a company has, the less likely they are to sell mis-truths. Often, it is what is not said, that makes the biggest difference. Reading between the lines, as well as a conversation with management does wonders for soundly investing.
As has been stated on 3/7/06, U.L listing will take up to approx 90 days. Also, it has been stated that production can begin in the 3rd quarter. This would mean as soon as July 1st. I dunno. Management may be 'protectively conservative'. If U.L. listing is granted by mid May, and orders are taken thereafter, production could begin even sooner than stated. I doubt management would argue with shareholders over that.
As far as 'caring about shareholders', LOL, I can guarantee, to the tune of 43 million shares, they care!
