Hmmm ,I wonder who could be pulling the strings, that is a tough one, LOL . I know, Scripps wants this technology so very badly that they are helping out like crazy to get it up and are running with it , the spike in price a few months ago was in my opinion Scripps people getting on board ,watch for more buys to come , people telling others on this very unique investment .
