I don't see any mention of the "cerner land deal" in that text.

The fact is, apt has made no mention about cerner, no mention about a land deal, no mention about paying of any debt, not withstanding that incredibly vague statement you bolded. Every detail about the "cerner land deal" has been nothing but conjecture by this board...
