Let me get this straight....

A milestone payment (bio asset), and a lawsuit settlement, several trips and pics with big wig names, deal with a SKTO, a Markman hearing, discovery and court dates coming..this year (milestones, no pun)

Is there ANY significant SALES of PHR's, MMRPro's this year?

This is what MMRF states and claims is a "leading provider" of PHR's?

Doesn't seem like a PHR company to me, seems like a hope Celgene will throw a bit their way (non PHR/MMRPro sales)
Lawsuit settlements (non PHR/MMRPro sales)
A Kit on a website (from a lawsuit, not sales team) (in which MMRF has had a PHR website for years, right?)

So what good is that Kit? Isn't it redundant to the MMR PHR site?

What is the threshold (number) (SALES) of PHR's needed to NOT be labeled a Patent TROLL? Isn't the lawsuits, the settlements from lawsuit, and future lawsuits been the guiding light for the year?
