Expert, how about this valuation just for grins,

Let's take the original 625 acres that had 3 to 5 bill on it,

put the conservative value of 3 bill on it, nets out to approx.

4.8 mill per acre, now lets take the 37,000 acre property and

multiply the 4.8 mill, we get 177.6 Bill value. Okay so now

lets just put a 7.5 percent shareholder valuation, than we come

up with a 12.4 Bill market cap, let's use investors 3.33 per share

per bill value and you come up with a price of $41.00 per share

plus!

NOW WASN'T THAT FUN!
