There is only one source of federally regulated marijuana and that is from the University of Mississippi.

It would have to be approved by the DEA and NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse) which controls the flow of marijuana from Ole Miss.

It seem unlikely that they would approve marijuana to be transported to New York:
