It is a puzzle to be sure.
Like most puzzles, though, there is a solution.
Hypothetically speaking though, let's suppose someone rounded up some pots of pot and found a vacant property in a somewhat secluded area and they were to plop those pots down on that property and shoot some videos...

Of course, they might have bought "multiple parcels" for a little over a million bucks...
