SKTO deregistered or filed a Form 15 in 2009 - and terminated their filing obligations with the SEC - but they have been filing with OTCM.

If they were wanting to keep shareholders informed they would have continued to file.

If any company that has been suspended says they are going to regain their pink status they would at the very least need to be current with OTCM.

AEGY was a SEC filer - we shall see if they continue to file. In previous Hipple shells that have been suspended - the filing stops.
