'bigger deals' you mean like UPLISTING? I believe audit is going to the bridgehead to the above. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a major update at AGM about a timetable for uplisting.

I think it would be spectacular if they release some big bombs at AGM and then make sure they PR these before the market open following AGM.

IMO for the 5 'public deals' that have been announced over the last several weeks--there are likely 5-20 more that we don't know about.
