Also why would Greg buy a company if it didn't have sales which it already does have, but that's besides the point.

Riddle me this. Singlepoint/Singleseed had the ability to do this without the venture. Their program and technology is better and more current than GreenHouse. So, why would Singleseed need to give up 2/3. Makes no sense, even with the argument that Greg needed connections so he did it this way to jump right in.

Giving up 2/3 of your business for a few names is just crazy, which even more smells of a game.
