Yes I have held through RS before, and not planning on doing it again... Everyone's known GZFX will have to do RS at one point or another, that is not new! How else will they get to another exchange in a short period of time, lower o/s, and increase pps...


Except now the talks about it are getting more heavy because of their new AS... And it's only right shareholders ask these questions and begin to get skeptical, but the point is this stock rides on news and it's always been like that since last October.... News regarding Circuit city, aafes, website, etc... All that has been done now... SO what will be next? We know they are actively seeking merger and aquisition deals, other retailer deals, and other news that helps the bottom line such as books, videos, music, etc... It's all news driven. No one is saying the news is guaranteed, just like the October news regarding CC.. who was expecting that? It is a risky investment, like all, one that can eitheir make you big money or lose you a lot of money.... But if I've learned one thing with penny stocks its... never hold on to them for longterm. I have never recommended holding GZFX long, but only as a speculative play for short term. Once your goals are acheived then you can sit out and wait again for your next play. GZFX will definately be much brighter after they do a RS and move onto another exchange where they can have growth and profitabilty... We are here for news and speculation of better deals to come. get it?

Not all company's that go through a RS see stock price continue to dive after the reverse split... Most companies reverse split only to dilute more shares there after, and that's why stock price continues to go lower after the RS! I do not expect GZFX to dilute any more after they reverse split. After GZFX does a reverse split, they will not NEED to sell any more stock. The plan is to get it on it's feet so it can start walking on it's own. Once dilution is done with , RS is done with, then stock will climb.

Remember this is just paper with a monetary value... Monetary value that you as an investor choose to pay for.
