On watch: MANW was suspended On September 15th, 2014 for Financials delinquencies. The stock was reinstated on the Grey Market and begins trading today.

This morning MANW filed their past due 10K and two past due 10Q's.

Is it too late or will todays filings satisfy the SEC Admin Law Judge?
