I think this is part of their plan. Let it drop to sub penny and sit there for a few months, then release some exaggerated news and dump a few 100 million shares, pocket the money and repeat in a few months. Just another penny stock run by greedy, uncaring, scum.

Is the PPS an important function of their company? Or is it secondary to what they are tying to achieve? Someone got lucky on the bid today..gotta bid to get the cheapies..
