I would look to the investors in the shell on OTC filings. I think they were the first victims of this con but it is only an opinion.

I do not believe that the FBI would be able or willing to share any information that is not already released publicly.

To my knowledge, no permits have been obtained. I am not certain that there was even ever any intention to actually follow through with filing for the permit. To my knowledge, Zembeck was the only one trying to make this project a reality.

When I communicated with On Track earlier this year, I was told that they had not heard from the company (GESI) in a long time. If GESI was not in any communication with On Track, I personally find it hard to believe that there was any pure intention to actually file for a permit.

GESI press releases would have had one believing otherwise, in my honest opinion.
