That statement, they better get their act together is the best thing you ever said. It is only a matter of time before some one finds a way to get around there patent or it runs out. I financed 18 start ups. 90% of the owners could not run a company. Their EGO would not let any one else touch their baby. Good ideas failed as time ran out on them.
