I come to the same conclusion. It would seem that the NDA will be over by then. The only other reasons I can think of are human error. Or, in this instance, TC allowed their name to be used due to the prestige of the pier reviewed FUEL magazine.

The date of publication would be pure serendipity though. In my experience, successful projects are full of serendipitous events. STWA seems to be no exception.
