I have to apologize for being a complete ignoramus. Can somebody explain the significance of the yield increasing? When I Google PTY it says the yield is 13%. Is that correct? It was around 8 a few days ago I thought. Is the yield different from the dividend? Please explain this as if you were talking to a complete moron. Thanks.
