So its a pre-requisite for a company to move forward or seek growth funding like the status quo. Most companies down here have one kind of growth....which is always in the extremely popular area known debt/dilution/reverse split/pump lies and start allover again

Technically, the 0.03 area does present as a barrier. Fundamentally, indications are that that shall be overcome. The CEO is doing some great things with the leadership team.

Thanks for your evaluation of CMGO. It will be interesting to see if the fundamental business model based on revenue expansion without any dilution is enough to beat the eccentric nature of stocks to hit a resistance level and retreat!
