Authorized shares is 67,000,000. This was stated in the latest quarterly report released on 9/22/14.

I'll agree that this is undervalued, but lets remember that they have zero in sales to date and this is a company that's been trading on the stock market for over 10 years now? I'm not exactly holding my breath. They seem to have suddenly shifted gears from wind power to solar power.

And to reply to Carl and his comparison to WSTI.... i have looked over their financials and they appear to be extremely over valued and their current share price. Just my opinion.

I am long here, so hoping for the best.
